Services

Envy Med Spas provides aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to HydraFacials, Cryo T-Shock, CoolSculpting, chemical peels, microneedling, and other spa treatments. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting our locations directly.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options including Cherry, CareCredit, and Allē.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

Our services are aesthetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. You must provide accurate health information and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a treatment is not appropriate for you.

Before receiving certain treatments, you may be required to sign a consent form acknowledging that you understand the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. By signing these forms and proceeding with treatment, you consent to the procedures described.
